Contractor Pro: 30-day money-back guarantee.
If it doesn't close a job, you get the $149 back.

Send at least one real quote through DrivewAI in your first 30 days. If you don't close a job from any of those quotes, we refund the full $149 you paid — same business day.

The short version

Within 30 days of your first $149 charge, click the refund button on your Billing page. If you've sent at least one quote through DrivewAI and haven't marked any of them as won, we issue the refund automatically and cancel your subscription on the spot.

Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days depending on your card issuer.

What qualifies

  • Your first $149 charge on Contractor Pro.
  • The request lands within 30 days of that first charge.
  • You sent at least one quote through DrivewAI — meaning a quote whose status reached "sent" or whose customer page was emailed to a real customer email.
  • You did notmark any quote as "won" in your dashboard. If you closed a job from a DrivewAI quote, the guarantee doesn't apply.

What doesn't qualify

  • Renewal charges after your first month. Cancel anytime in Billing to stop future charges. We don't prorate or refund past renewal cycles.
  • Single-render purchases ($2.99 each) and credit packs ($9.99 for 5). These are non-refundable because the AI generation is delivered on demand and consumes third-party AI compute.
  • Drafts only.If you signed up but never sent a quote to a real customer, the guarantee hasn't been activated. Send one quote and the refund window applies.
  • Closed jobs.If you marked any quote as "won" in DrivewAI, the product worked — the refund only applies if you didn't close a deal.
  • Fraud or abuse. Accounts that show signs of duplicate-account abuse, fake customer emails, or attempts to game the guarantee are not eligible. One refund per legal entity and per payment card.

How to cancel without refunding

If you just want to stop billing going forward — not request a refund — open your Billing page and open the Stripe portal. Cancel from there. Pro stays active until the end of the current billing period and then drops to Free. You keep every quote you've already generated.

How to request a refund

  1. Open your Billing page. If you're inside the 30-day window and meet the conditions above, you'll see a "Request my $149 refund" button.
  2. Click it. The refund posts to your card immediately via Stripe and your subscription is cancelled on the spot — no email back-and-forth.
  3. If the button isn't showing and you think you qualify, email hello@drive-wai.com from your account address. We reply within one business day.
